welcome!

A UX/UI design & branding agency for a digital-first world.

At Designer and Gentleman, we use a human-centric approach to create brands that people love.

What are Your Criteria for Selecting the Perfect Design Team?

The client list? The services they provide? The quality of deliverables? The financial aspect? ROI? Missions? Visions? Awards?

Yes, that’s exactly it - all of the above!

I recently spoke with a brand designer, sharing some of my accomplishments and experiences with clients. My team and I made some good numbers. With strategies and branding services, our clients have reached 9-figure deals and business evaluations.

At one point, we talked about other features, benefits, and awards.

I said I was competing with companies all around the globe that have much bigger teams used to working with bigger budgets, such as PepsiCo and other equally big companies.

He said, “You know what - awards are for your ego.”

Personally, I don’t think so. Awards are recognition you get from top experts, statements of acknowledgement that come from the most relevant creative minds in the world. These minds are what shapes the current brand scene and the future of global product creation and promotion.

Besides, I’m a grown man. It’s not a matter of ego. It’s about proof that our creativity shares the same vision, and that we are on the right path.

“Yes,” he said, “but the guys from PepsiCo are beatable...”

“Oh, yeah?” So I asked him, “Where is your award, then?”

Take a look at one of the competitions we have been active on - A’Design Awards and Competitions.

When we see a trailer for a good movie, we also see the recognition and the awards that the movie has won - and these never get old.

Let me ask you something: would you ever book a restaurant without a good review and without any proof of business credibility and quality of service? Of course not.

Much the same, you are going to opt for an awarded design team based on their achievements, rather than a no-name. That is proof that we are doing something right.

At this stage, the digital brand design is how you find a perfect balance between:

  • high commercial capability
  • aesthetically refined design style
  •  great storytelling

Of course it’s not easy, but it’s fun as hell to be part of that process.
